I got 4 racks of St Louis spares plus a half tin of Keri's Hog Apple Baked Beans: http://tvwbb.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/5290021414/m/5670069613
The recipe calls for baking them at 325 for 1 hour in an oven.
With my Adj rig, I can get the 4 racks of ribs on the bottom/middle and still have the top shelf for the beans.
When I make ribs my dome is at 250, so the top of the top shelf of the Rig is pretty close to 250. Do you think about 3-4 hours unfoiled (to get the smoke flavor) will work or is that over doing it? 2-3 hours?
Just trying to think when to put them in so I can somewhat time them out with when the ribs are done (usually about 3-1-1).
Thanks in advance!

Should work, just keep a look on them to make sure they do not dry out, stirring every so often. couple of hours should be plenty for the beans.

just to report back, worked out very well. instead of 3 hours, I put it in for 2.5 and it was fine. I did the ribs 3-1.5-1, so I just put it on the top of the rig for the last 1.5-1 portion and they were good to go.
