How to cook onion/pepper for brat

Hello,
I have some precooked brats I want to do on the BGE and i want to put some onions, red and green peppers for the brats also. Any suggestions on how I cook or heat these for the brats?

I usually cook them direct at about 350°
If you are cooking onions & pepper use a cast iron pan/skillet/grill or you can use some aluminum foil in a pinch.
As the brats are pre-cooked cook the vegies first, I like butter but EVOO would work just fine. When the veggies begin to get soft put the brats on for the heat up. You are in for a great meal.

Nothin special other than the mini at 350° s to 7 or so minutes on one side turn and then thermapen for the finish about another 6 to 8 minutes.
More brats different day
The onions and peppers were at 300° on the medium or large about an hour.
