Doing Pulled Pork Saturday. I am cooking 17 lbs for 20 people, plus baked beans & cole slaw for a wedding shower. I think this should be enough? Any suggestions on the quanity?[p]I might do 10 lbs of wings too - depends.[p]Plan on putting the 2 butts - (8.5 & 8.5 lbs)on at 10:00 pm Friday an pulling them off before the party at 6:30. I think it will work - any comments? - oh at 225 f.

That should be plenty of pulled pork for 17 people. I did 37 people with 3 and half butts. (The other half was reserved for ME!)[p]TNW
