Sundown,[p]Lets see if CeeDub is up for it, if so, its sent. I think I plan on cooking mine on Thursday evening, may pose some difficulty mailing (overnighting) but we'll try. I may have to freeze a chunk of it and get it sent on Monday? May not be bad for CW to freeze his either if he's planning on cooking a day or so earlier than mine. Freeze it straight off the grill and get a side by side taste test. Man, this is getting good. Great Idear, lets see when CW actually cooks his (I think tonight) and when I can get to mine and we'll work out the logistics.[p]Troy

sprinter, ah been thinking about that..but the last time I shipped frozen they almost didn't make it. Cold but nearly unfrozen. :-)
So here is what I propose..lets pick a non-biased character like Old Dave..and we send him our technique, and what we did, and then when we do our cook he/she will determine from our e.mails..(maybe our wives and/or girlfriends notes) how our success was.. I don't have any doubts about yours..it's mine I'm worried about..:-)
