    lamb chops straight of the grill is fantastic!

    the curry turned out pretty good. It tasted great, but we were delayed getting back by about 2 hours... so it went for 2 hours longer than I had planned and let's just say the pot will need some serious elbow grease ;)

    Nice looking meal. I sometimes use leftover boneless leg of lamb,coconut milk, seasoning to make a red Thai curry.
