    Jopa,
Yes, today was a 'Chamber of Commerce" day, by far! I never saw a cloud all day; just spring blue sky.[p]We had friends over for dinner and egged (3/1/1) spare ribs. The posts on the forum prompted the menu. Thanks all for the great idea of Ribs, Potatoe Salad, grilled asparagus and home made whole wheat rolls. Even the IBC rootbeer was great![p]Banker John[p]PS - Hey Borders, how about a tarpon fishing trip later this summer in Tampa Bay? I'd love to put your son on about a 100# fish. He is the perfect age! E-mail me or call me and we can coordinate time/dates.

Thanks John. You're right. Matt's prime for his first tarpon, and he's chompin' at the bit. I'll email you. Have a great week,

  • Jopa,[p]Awesome Day.. Played some small ball over @ El Diablo (by the way the course looked like ass) Anyway, came home and grilled some steaks that I hand cut off a huge beef loin from Sams. Very good!! Thinking about tackling chicken wings tomorrow. I'll take some pics. [p]Happy Egging.
