I've got 4 Costco Beef Tenderloins to cook up tonight. USDA choice, about 2 1/2 inches thick. It will be the first time I've fired up my BGE so I am open to any and all advice on the best way to grill up these steaks for the family. Its a blustery and rainy day here in the NW and will probably be in the mid 40's at dinner time if that impacts the cook at all?
