<p />Here is tonight's ChefWil/TRex Blackened Ribeyes. Seasoned with Dizzy Pig CowLick prior to a dip in melted butter,....these were done on a pre-heated cast iron griddle (700 degrees+) for 90 seconds per side....18-20 minute rest....and then finished at approx. 400 for 2-3 minutes per side. Absolutely awful :~)[p]Mike[p]
