I'm cooking mega chicken tomorrow for customers. I have been successful at cooking thighs direct at about 250 for a couple of hrs turning every 20 min. My question is can I cook wings on a raised grill while the thighs are on lower direct grill and what about timing and temp.[p]Jorge[p]BTW, it's on my small BGE.

Yes you can cook both at one time...Here is a picture of me cooking 27 chicken drumetts on the mini egg at one time using two grids.

tinman,
I rotated the grids every 20 minutes or so and had no flare up at all. Both grids got done at the same time.
