4-H fair Kiwanis BBQ chicken

Old fair favorite vinegar based. Real good and real easy
1 cup canola oil
2 cups cider vinegar
3 tbp salt
1 tbp poultry seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
Blend for 30 secs. Place chicken in gallon bags and pour marinade
over chicken press out air and place in fridge for at least 4 hours
Mop as needed on 375 grill with reserve marinade
Brings back good memories
and it's big fat Yum!
