First run at home made pizza dough

After a disaster with the Publix pizza dough last weekend, I decided to learn a little and try making my own. Thanks to all the folks here who commented. Anyway, I settled on a You Tube recipe I found that came from Wolfgang Puck. It was easy peasy and the results turned out much better than I expected for a first try. I did not let my pizza stone heat long enough so it didn't have that crispy bottom I wanted, but I'll correct that next time!

Just remember, don't be concerned once you start contemplating while you are falling asleep at night..."If I had mixed a little longer, how would it have been? Or a little less?
