HI All, Hope you having a great Easter. I just bought a Staniding Rib Roast for Easter. Need info on cooking time and temp, as well as any recipe's you may have. Thanks Mark

i've got one on right now and i just checked its about 88 internal been going for 2 1/2 hours now indirect over a drip pan with a dome temp 275. I'm trying to push it to get done by 2:00. just put some kosher salt with cracked black pepper. Planning on searing at the end now. I guess if you are having it for dinner tonight you better get the egg fired up pretty soon.[p]see my post below, some things have changed from the original plan.[p]Scott

Mine is on right now too ... went on at 1:30 @ 300 dome. Dome has stablized at 280. I will flash it at 500, to put on a nice char, when we get close to 120.[p]Pictures to follow.[p]Doug
