razorback,
This is what came from the honey baked ham web site.I always serve mine at room temp.
Larry[p]How do I store and serve my HoneyBaked Ham?
If you plan to serve the HoneyBaked Ham within the next few days, simply allow it to completely thaw (it will arrive partially to fully thawed) in the refrigerator. Generally, this takes 24-36 hours. Just prior to serving, allow it to stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Be sure and return the uneaten portion to the refrigerator within an hour of serving. The HoneyBaked Ham can also be frozen for up to 6 weeks by simply removing from the box and freezing it in the foil that it came in. If you have opened it, just wrap it tightly in foil, put it in a large plastic freezer bag, squeeze out the excess air and close with a twist tie.

razorback,
I actually spent a Holiday (October to January) working in a Hickory Hams (later Honey Baked bought them out, but it was the identical product).[p]There really isn't a good way to "cook" them again. They are basically cooked twice by the time you get them. Room temperature is the best bet, but if you have to heat it, then do it for as short as time as possible in the lowest temp you can get. You could do it on the Egg at about 200° at the grid for as little time as you can stand, but it will probably dry out and you may not like it.[p]The product is designed to be served at room temperature or colder, but feel free to tinker with it.[p]Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

razorback,
If it's a pre cooked Honey Baked Ham you can cook it to 145 internal degrees on the egg. Here is a picture of a pre cooked ham I cooked on the egg.I cooked it over a drip pan on a extra mini grid.
