Happy Easter to one and all![p]There's no way to know this but I gotta wonder how many of us out here the the land of ceramic cookers are fixing Dr Chicken's wonderful Double Smoked Ham today. I just turned an 11 pounder over to The Guru and now to get on with what's important today. Thanks Dave for sharing the recipe with the world! BTW I'd still really like to hear from you - we need to talk.

Ahhhhh, the results were soooooo tasty! The light specks are chopped pieces of pecans sprinkled on the ham after the last glazing while still tacky.[p]
[p]BTW This was one of my side dishes which goes so well with this special ham. It so happens that the "buddy who shipped me 8 boxes from Texas..." was none other than Dr Chicken himself. The addy on the recipe is my old one. Speaking of addresses does anyone have either an email or a mailing address for Dave Spence aka Dr Chicken? I really need to track him down. Thanks!!![p]
