Stand Up Chicken & Portobello

This weekend my brother in law his children and a friend and his family came home...
So I prepared 2 stand up chicken's, some drumsticks, sweet corn and Portobello Mushrooms
For the Portobello I used White Truffle Olive Oil, Pesto, Sundried Tomatoes, Feta & Parmesan Cheese... they where lovely...
For the Stand Up Chicken I used the recipe in Adam Perry Lang Serious BBQ with Guinness Beer, lovely also...
