Well kids, here you go. My first cook at home. I did 4 New York Strips, with Italian dressing, Kosher Salt and cracked pepper. Also, had some veggies with some of Banker John's 2 day old "not fresh anymore" shrimp. Everything turned out awesome. I like my steak mooing, and that's the pic. I left the wife's and kids on for a couple mins longer and they came out perfect, Med Well. I had the left over steak today that the kids left, and I was so surprised how great it was even left over.
