We are trying kabobs on the egg for the first time tonight and wanted to throw on some baby red potatoes as well. Any suggestions on a simple way to cook them?

Cut them in half, season, couple tablespoons water, little butter, some parsley and wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil for about 30-45 minutes around 350F.

Boil em until they are squishable. Squish them on a drip pan. Drizzle with oilive oil and sprinkle some rosemary all over them, put em in a 400 degree egg either indirect or raised and cook until crispy. They are good anywhere from 1/2 hour to 1.5 hours.

It was an easy way to do them and they cooked nicely.Knoxville, TN

Cut in half or fourths depending on size. Drizzle with Evoo, Kosher salt and garlic powder. Roast until tender and golen brown and a little crisp on the outside. Real good.
