I'm looking for a good beef brisket recipe. I haven't tried cooking one on the BGE. Would love to hear from the eggsperts.

toiletfish,[p]Here is a good place to start for Egged brisket. My preference is a a 225* grate temp and a simple no-sugar rub, coating of mustard & more rub. Some pictures are in brisket posts below.[p]~thirdeye~
