Smoking Wood in Co Springs

I just moved down here from Denver and am looking for a place to buy smoking wood (oak, pecan, hickory, etc) logs. I had a great place in Denver but would like to find some place local. Am tired of forking the cash for little bags of chunks/chips. Anyone have a source? Thanks.

Logs? No idea. But Lowes sells hickory and mesquite chunks. I seem to recall that HD is now carrying cherry and/or apple chunks (can't remember what kind, but more than they used to have).
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I highly recommend these guys. They have excellent quality wood in the 15% to 20% moisture range, and it comes packaged in burlap. Many of the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association competitors use it (and a lot of us Judges that cook do too). They are so close to you that shipping won't be that bad.

Thanks Thirdeye! I know EXACTLY where that is and drive by it all the time. I thought they just sold chain saw bears made from pine trees.
