Here it is...[p]This is the first turkey cooked outside of my hose...LOL.[p]Cooked @350 Dome. Cooked indirect over plate setter and pizza stone. Butter, sage, basil, garlic, onion, bacon, apple, and celery Paste under the skin. Cavity filled with apples, celery, onion, and carrots and more spices. Skin lubed with EVOO and kosher salt and pepper. Smokin wood...CHERRY![p]Got a feeling its gonna tast real good![p]Thanks to all who gave me advice earlier in the week![p]Labatt Blue Light callin me name,[p]Joe

OOOOOPPPPSSSS, did i do something to your pic??? when i looked at it the first time there was only one turkey. now theres three!!! I think i accidently did something but not sure what. I haven't been touchin the sauce but i swear there was only one turkey a minute ago[p]Scott
