World Grill Chmpionship in Gronau / Germany

Hello to all,

last weekend my team southside bbq - www.southsidebbq.de competed at the World Grill Championships in Gronau.

We came out 5th over all.

1st Ribs : :woohoo:
3rd Pulled Pork: :laugh:
19th Brisket
10th Chicken
45th Dessert

Wow, first in ribs and third in pulled pork. You guys should be very proud.

I have a premonition that many more Europeans will be buying Eggs.

Texans can thank the German immigrants that brought their sausage making skills and recipes to Texas when they grill "Brats"wurst this weekend.

WOW! What a great finish! You guys should be very proud. How many teams competed? Whats the rules like over there? Close to KCBS rules? Thanks for the post and pics. Everything looked great.
