Good morning from dreary Peculiar, 8 days w/o sunshine.[p]Sausage casserole:[p]1 lb. browned sausage
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice-cook as directed
8 oz. sour cream
1 can Broccoli/cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheese[p]Mix all these ingredients top with more shredded cheese. Cook 350 for 35-45 minutes. We pull out of oven when cheese is bubbling.[p]Mike
