I need a good method or recipe for turkey legs

    @JWhirlwind you might need new Turkey legs though.  They don't hold, even frozen, for 4 years.
    If it is worth doing, it is worth overdoing.

    I apply heat to said turkey flesh part and remove when it is done.  That method resulted in some of the best turkey I've ever had!  Note, this method does not universally work with other food parts.
