How many quartered chicks can you get on a large egg using both the main grid and grid extender? Also, using an indirect set up, what is the desired cooking temp and cook duration?[p]Thanks

Brobear,[p]I can easily fit 6 leg quarters on a raised grid over a 9x12 drip pan. Not sure how many will fit if you fill the entire grid. At least 12 I'd think, probably more.
