Craftypezhead - SWEET POTATO - DEVILS FOOD CUPCAKES

1 box devils food cake mix (don’t use eggs or oil, just ingredients listed below)
1 – 15 oz can sweet potatoes (drain into measuring cup)
1 cup liquid (from sweet potato can & the rest water, or to reduce sugar use all water)

Put sweet potatoes and liquid into bowl blend until there are no lumps, add devils food powder mix & blend.

Green Egg cooking: Cook indirect for 10-20 minutes at 350 – 400 degrees until toothpick comes clean when tested.

Oven cooking : Cook according to time and temperatures on box instructions, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and enjoy no need for icing…
