Left over grilled chkn fajitas

;);) I used the leftover chicken with yellow/red/orange bell peppers and onion and garlic diced up. A small amount of dried peppers
and I have some boom boom pow fajitas. Plated with greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute and I am high on the hog.

Flour tortillas and white zinfandel and I am cold chilling.

    One of my favorite things to do is use leftovers to make Quesadillas and fajitas, amazing what you can fix with food that might otherwise be headed for the dumpster! :) :P :cheer:
