    Never tried it before. Looks like the texture of a tri-tip......anything like one of those either in taste or texture?

    I marinated in lemon juice, Garlic, and smoked paprika, then I put balsamic, garlic, and basil with a little EVO on top.

    Well that sure did not come out of Hanifords :( they can not cut anything bigger than 1/2inch I am convinced :pinch: nice looking dinner :)

    This wasn't from Hannaford, but up here they will cut to whatever I ask, I really like there beef better.
