I could not remember who made the grilled salmon at the Florida Fest on Saturday. I think it had some Tsunami Spin on it and had to be the best fish I have tasted. I could have eaten that all day.[p]Thanks again to Tonia for all her great work. It was my first Eggfest and can't wait until Atlanta to do it again. [p]Eddy

The salmon was by far the best thing I tasted all day. However, the scallops wraped in bacon was also good. Needless to say I think I tasted it all and said at one point late in the day,I will never eat again. If you missed the event you missed a great time. Thanks Tonia, Larry and all involved. What's the date for next year?
  • LimpBrisket,
That salmon was made by Joan and John Hall, a.k.a. Egret on the forum. I believe the first one off the grill had Raging River and the second had Tsunami Spin. That was fish that John caught on an Alaskan fishing expidition, and he estimated that it cost him about $40 a pound when all was said and done.[p]John and Joan were great people, and we're looking forward to hooking up with them in Atlanta this October.
