Wow! What a blast. [p]Any new egg owners, you need to attend an eggfest. I learned so much, and the people were awesome! It's amazing to me how open everyone was and helpful. I got the egg home and ready to cook up some goods for the family. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone and let everyone know how much fun I had. I get to meet everyone else in Atlanta in October, I wouldn't miss it for the world.[p]Thanks Again!

locolongball,
I will third that, I had a wonderful time this weekend at the Eggfest in Silver Springs! Everyone was so friendly that I felt like I had know them forever. Doing a fest is the way to go for getting into egging because you get to see so many ways to use it that that it saves a lifetime of trial and error. I ate till I was ready to pop saturday.
Maybe I will make Hotlanta!

Charles in SC,
I enjoyed watching you make the mini pizzas on your lodge cast iron pizza stone. [p]I know the griddle is 14" diameter. With the handles, how long is it from handle to handle? I'm wondering if it would fit on my medium.[p]Banker John

Charles in SC, I enjoyed it my dang self. Got to meet you and Loco and put a face on a lot of other people as well. I don't think I eat that much stuff on Thanksgiving. 8^0

Banker John,
You must have been sitting at your puter. With the handles it is 18 1/2" with the handles sawed off it would be 15 1/2". That 14" must be the inside surface.
Nice getting to know you and your family this weekend!
