Center cut ham

This afternoon, I purchased a piece of center cut ready to cook ham.
Got the Egg up to 450 dome. Put a couple of hickory chips on the fire about 5 minutes before the piece of ham direct. I used NO seasoning and turned the ham four time in 20 minutes. It came out perfect. Just a little hickory flavor and just right. I added NO salt. [p]Jerry
