Any of you guys do this? I have a few pounds of brisket left from Saturday's glutton-fest.

Ronnie,[p]I did that with my last brisket. It was a huge hit. The smokey flavor of the brisket adds a wonderful flavor. Add some chipoltes and adobo sauce (be careful) and you can't beat it.[p]John
