Shrimp Friday evening

Morning All:[p]Stopped at Winn-Dixie on the way home Friday evening and picked up 2# of cleaned/peeled shrimp and 0.75# of bay scallops. Since I got home about an hour before my much better half, I did about 1.5# of the shrimp for me and saved her the rest of the shrimp and the scallops. I split them into three separate groups and sprinkled some DP Raging River on one batch, KenStones Witchy Red on another batch and DP Tsunami Spin on the others. However, I put them all together in the wok basket together to cook, so the flavors mixed somewhat. Here they are right after I put them on the Egg, with the temp at about 400F. The ones red ones are the ones with Witchy Red.[p]P3110017.jpg[p]After about 4 minutes, took them off and enjoyed.[p]P3110019.jpg[p]They were so good I didn't even bother with anything else, just sat and ate too many shrimp.[p]After I finished preparing mine, I shut the vents down low enought to just maintain a fire, then opened back up when the wife got home to fix her shrimp and scallops. I wasn't able to get any pictures as she didn't want to wait for me to get the camera![p]Have a GREAT day!
