egg seals

My big green egg leaks around the lid. Ive tried adjusting the brackets but it still leaks. The seals seem good. Has anyone had this problem?

    Carl bledsoe,[p]is it seeping smoke or a full out blow-out? Dont woory about a minor leak at high temps...try pizza w/out seam seapage...

    Morning Carl bledsoe,
    I have had a leak at the back of my large for about six weeks now. After having adjusted & reset the bands a couple of times with no luck I have given up until I change the gasket. The leak hasn't affected anything I've cooked including low & slows.
