Simple BBQ Chicken

After seeing some of the photos this morning I am a little embarrassed that all I did was simple BBQ Chicken. :) I rarely shellac anything with sauce but sometimes it can be tasty. The wife brought home some bone in skin on air chilled chicken breast and it seemed like a perfect fit. Dusted with a little Tsunami Spin, basted with a little vegetable oil to crisp the skin, and put on the egg at 350 direct. Once it was almost done I started basting it with a mix of 2 sauces I had leftover in the fridge. Truthfully, it was Friday and I just wanted easy and a beer. :lol: This was perfect.

This is about the 3rd shellacking...
