Veggie Pan ???
Where do I get a veggie pan with perforated holes and raised sides like Jake's in the veggie thread below ? I have a flat fish grill that I love but I would like a veggie pan with raised sides. There are no pictures or should I say poor pictures on the BGE site and I can't figure it out. If Jake reads this, where did you get yours ?
Peace...
Peace...

FatBack ,
It looks like the one I got at Home Depot, but I imagine you can get them at any Lowes, Ace/TruServe king of place. I've also seen them a sporting goods stores & dept stores like Target etc. HTH Joe

FatBack ,[p]Sometime back I read a post from someone who had used various veggie pans, and his/her comment was that the black coating (don't recall if they stated whether it was teflon or porcelain) flaked off after awhile. They went to stainless.[p]I kept that in mind, and about 2 weeks ago spotted a square veggie pan made of brushed stainless by Weber (8.5" square flat bottom, 2.75"sloped sides, 11.75" x 13.75" at the top - handles extend one dimesion. Fits easily in Large). It has slit penetrations rather than holes. I believe I purchased it at HD. I've tried it and am happy with the cooking results, and it cleans up easily. HTH[p]DD

FatBack ,
I got mine at Brookstone. Removable handle is a nice feature.

FatBack ,
I got mine at Home Depot, I think.[p]I also got something from Hawgeyes BBQ (see link) for about $20.00. It seems to do the job but can be a somewhat diffcult to clean, depending on what I was cooking in it.[p]Another option is to get some of those desposable screen (I think that I saw some at Wally World last time I was therE). They won't have the sides like a bowl would but it is another option for you to consider.[p]brews,
Matt.

FatBack ,
besides the square sided one (i've had one of those for years), i found this stainsless steel one at crate and barrel. . .it easily fits in a large, and as shown here, it litterally turns a small into a total grill wok (the lid will almost completely close over the handles). . . the holes are bigger on this one, so you have to cut stuff fairly large, but it holds a lot of food...[p]
