Mama was out with her girlfriends tonight so I made me a satisfying dinner with some more of the flap meat I got at Sam's Club. MMMMMMMM! -RP

Some fine bachelor fixin's.BTW, you are"spot on" about the homemade tortillia chips.I made a batch and shared them with the daughter and her bunch.Looks like I'm gonna have to buy a bigger fry pot.They devoured them and are begging me to fry more.I gotta say,they were the best tortillia chips I ever tasted.White corn tortillias fried in peanut oil then lightly salted with sea salt.Thanks for the tip.

A lot of the time I will do half with white corn and half with yellow and mix them together. I don't think any store bought tortilla chips can compare to home made ones. -RP
