Being a new Egghead, I'm always looking for excuses to use it.
I recently got turned on to the joys of low carb eating, and the Egg seems like it was just made for this purpose. My wife was initially a bit skeptical when I bought it, but now she's totally on board!
I also got some terrific advice from forum member NJ-Professor who seems to be a genuine expert.
Just thought I'd toss this out and see if there are others who primarily use their Eggs to support a low-carb lifestyle?
