New Bob,
Yes, carrots was an item on the menu! This was the first time I used Dizzy Pig. Just got it in the mail yesterday (real good customer service from those boys!) and I had to try it. It is all it is cracked-up to be. Thanks for viewing the page. Other stuff on my homepage:
http://homepage.mac.com/philhanna if you care to visit. Food, broadcasting stuff (movies I do) and fun.[p]Uncle Phil

Uncle Phil,
How did the carrots come, they usually take a little longer to cook then other stuff. Oh, I will view the other pages soon.[p]Thanks,
New Bob

Morning Uncle Phil,
Which Good Seasons Salad Dressing did you use? And did you marinate overnight?
It's been awhile since I've done kabobs, I usually do Anticuchos, but yours looked so appetitizing they go right on this weekends menu.
Thanks, bruce

Uncle Phil, Those look great, try some prawn kabobs sometime when you get a chance. Peace...[p]

FatBack,
I will give those a try..Sounds good.[p]UP

badbruce,
I used Good Seasons Italian. I marinated it in a Foodsaver container, which allows me to get the same affect in 45 minutes as you get when you regularly marinate over night.[p]UP

New Bob,
The carrots were the precleaned baby carrots from the supermarket. I think they need to go into the microwave for a few minutes to soften them a bit before skewering them, I did not do it that way this round, and they were a bit on the 'crunchy' side.[p]Phil
