    Egg eh,
Congratulations on the arrival of the new addition to your family. I'm sure he will bring you years of enjoyment but may misbehave now and then.
Be sure to keep us informed of his upcoming antics, post pictures if possible but most important, spend lot's of time nurturing him and he will repay you 100 fold.
    Cheers,
    New Bob

Egg eh, another Canadian I presume. EH! Let me know what its like for you Egging in sub-zero climates. Personally, I have not had the guts to do an overnighter below freezing yet.

Topo Gigio,[p]yup, Canadian. I was going to go with BGE-A, but that is hard to say, especially when one's lips are chattering from the cold, and I didn't want to confuse others by letting think there was a new model out. Actually, maybe the BGE-A should come with a space heater.[p]So, wife and I made the plunge at 4 PM and lay our money on the counter. Dealer says he will have it to our house by 5 PM, with a starter kit of charcoal, grill lifter, and starter blocks.[p]Wife and I run to store to buy some red meat. What, just burgers. Doesn't matter, after all I have read about BGE, I figure even the dog droppings on our front lawn will come out tasting great. Plus I wanted something to "season" our egg.[p]As we wait, outside temperature drops, wind picks up. The egg gets delivered at 5:30 PM. Load it up with lump, fire it up, temp climbs to about 600 F. Outside air temp is now about -15 Celsius, and windy. Burgers on. Burgers awesome. Next !! Warmer weather predicted for the weekend, but can't wait. Gotta see the local butcher on the way home to make my choices for the sacrificial grill of the BGE !![p]ps. to those of you posting spring pics of flowers, please stop !! lol The dealer that delivered our egg brought it in through the house, because of all of the ice and snow outside. They were great![p]
