Got my BGE on Sat. cooked hamburger steak for dinner, best ever. Can't believe they didn't burn on bottom. Sunday fixed a small turkey, didn't follow directions exactly was running out of time, turned out very good anyhow. Sunday night fixed spachcock chicken, beats beer up the butt,and much easier! Monday evening fixed some ribs, excellent, can't believe they didn't burn at 375 deg.very GOOD!I'm a 69 year old man, If the EGG works this good for me, you young-ns, If you don't have a BGE get one soon, don't wast anymore TIME!!
