My latest eggcessory is a Brinkman(1-800-468-5252)Smoker Basket (part no. 400-0074-0). Cost: $19.95. The basket is a fine stainless steel mesh, perfect for fish and shrimp.[p]Although out of season, I couldn't resist an operational test (oyster smoke)and the results were great. This basket fits perfectly (15.5 in dia) in my medium and is equipped with two handles.[p]Start dropping those hints NOW...[p]Kamper
