Does anyone have a suggestion on whick is better on the Egg? If I do Beef Ribs any recipes (rubs, sauces, ect.).[p]Thanks for helping me Egg in Georgia.

carpetman,[p]I did beef ribs for the first time last weekend. They came out very good. I prefer the the taste of pork spare ribs better though. [p]Steve-B

I'm a beef rib guy, but you need to find good ribs. Not ones that have been trimmed to the bone. Mine go in for at least 6 hours at 250 with an assortment of spices, and sauced at the end
