[p]I had the pleasure of not only meeting Jim twice this year, but cooking right next to him and Ray for 2 days in Maryland and three days at the Royal....then again a few spaces up from them at the Jack. That much time hangin out, and you get to know a fella. He listens, is articulate, and very well respected cuz he always treats people right. Plus he knows a hell of a lot about BBQ. He'll look you right in the eye, and there aint no BS. A hearty congrats indeed.[p]Him and Ray....and next year Rodney....I see big things for KCBS.
