Tried cajun pizza ala Old Dave this evening.[p][p]This was one with crawfish, shrimp, andouille, bell peppers, mushrooms, italian cheese mix, scallions and buffalo mozarrella. I left it on a bit too long. The burnt edge is because the pie was sticking over the edge of the stone.
[p]This is the second one, same as the first, but sans crawfish. Someone ate them before I could get them on the pie! Cooked a bit less, and done to a T.[p]Very yummy.[p]Thanks Old Dave for the inspiration.
