Anyone got a good recipe for stuffed bell peppers?

HEB had jumbo red bell peppers on sale so I had to get some. Also got some spicy sausage, mushrooms, cheese . . . not really sure what to do. Anybody got a good recipe?[p]THANKS![p]TRex

here's one, but Gfw has one on his site that is T E R R I F I C , but I can't find it now in the profiles!

that recipe calls for 56 oz of sauce - I assume that's a typo unless this should be called Stuffed Pepper Soup! LOL
