Been cleaning out the freezer the past few weeks so I've been eating a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast. I came across country style ribs. There are about 5 different cuts that are called country style ribs, this cut is a rib end roast with the bone split and butterflied. Had some potatos and grilled asparagus on the side.

What time is dinner? Nice.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

The wife tells me I can't buy any more meat until I clean out the freezer. I have a ton of chicken, 10 lbs ground round, a beef tenderloin, and 6 pork tenderloins, and 12 20lb bags of lump getting delivered any day now. She thinks I have a big problem.
