I would say the first thing to try would be chicken.
I like the inverted plate setter with drip pan on it below the grill. If you are familiar with spatchcock chicken, I would to it that way. Spatchcock no more than cutting the back bone out of the chicken and spreading it open bone side down. I usually start out with my favorite rub. If you want to use a sauce, put it on about ten minutes before taking off the Egg. Yum Yum !!![p]Dome temp 350. Cook for hour and a half checking it about one hour and 15 minutes. I am sure you will find many more ways to do it on this forum, but I like this way. [p]Jerry

First welcome, fine bunch of folks we have here.[p]It is going to have depend on your time frame. Along with the accessories you have. I jumped right in with 3 slabs of babybacks.[p]Steaks would be great choice also.[p]CWM[p]

Papa Bob, Spatchcocked chicken is the easiest and most amazing first time and last time meal you will ever cook and you will wonder WHY did I not buy an EGG 5,10,or 15 years ago.... If you hate chicken and/or are sick of
eating yard birds... put this on your "must try" on Dr. Egg list of things to do.... my .02 cents... you will be AMAZED !!!
