Pork Shoulder Vs. Boston Butt
I am cooking a Pork Shoulder Picnic today. Would the temps/time be any different for in than a Boston Butt? It has the bone in.

If you want fall off the bone pulled picnic times and temp should be about the same. Some people like sliced picnic and cook for a bit less time. Not sure, but I think I've seen internal of 180-185. Pulled picnic is great.
