Cherry wood to boot, thanks Juggy.[p]I think it is time bacon met Raging River or Cowlick next time. Why pay 2 more bucks a lb. when you can get a better taste at home. [p]

Car Wash Mike, Would it work if you were to put foil between racks? that way it's gobble the bacon and roll up the foil til next cook.

If the bacon grease ends up on the placesetter, you will have a fire.
That was raised grid with just a aluminum pan underneather.[p]Mike

I use the residual heat from a T-Rex to cook bacon ... did some tonight (ribeyse and bacon mmmmmm).. Sugar Maple smoke ... bacon and english muffins in the mornin[p]gonna be a good mornin fo sure[p]
