A great variation on Smashed Potatoes. Looks very tasty.
What exactly is "1.2-2 Lb. Bag" of potatoes?Judy in San Diego -
Ever try salt potato's. Several recipes can be found on line. It's very easy. Get baby or fingerling potatoes, boil in very salty water, can't have enough. Boil till tender, drain well, put back the pot with melted butter and your favorite herbs. Stir and serve warm. The salt adheres to the potato skin.

Looks good. Sounds very German....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

It is supposed to say 1.5 to 2 Lb. bag...they come in two sizes around here, fingerlings come in 2 Lb. and gourmet come in 1.5 Lb.Visit my blog, dedicated to my Big Green Egg Recipies at http://www.bigtsbge.blogspot.com You can also follow my posts on FaceBook under the name Keep On Eggin' or the link http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Keep-On-Eggin/198049930216241
